2.2 All activity conducted through your account — whether or not you personally authorised it — is your responsibility. You must inform desh77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

2.3 You must not share your account with, or transfer your account to, any other person. Account sharing is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

3.1 desh77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

4.1 Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. desh77 aims to complete bKash and Nagad withdrawals within a few hours of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on your financial institution.

4.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, or that has been verified and approved by our support team.

4.3 desh77 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification (KYC checks) before approving any withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of your national identification document, a selfie, or a screenshot of your mobile banking account. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in the withdrawal being declined.

4.4 Any bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money funds and bonus funds that have cleared wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available on desh77 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.4 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address, and per shared device or IP address. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus multiple times is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.

Those rules form part of these Terms.

6.2 In sports betting, all markets are subject to settlement rules published in the relevant sport's help section. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or decided by a walkover, settlement will follow the rules applicable to that sport and market type.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on desh77 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

(b) Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in game logic;
(c) Colluding with other players in any game format, including live casino tables;
(d) Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to facilitate any illegal financial transaction;
(e) Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
(f) Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking service to circumvent geographic restrictions;
(g) Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transactions with your payment provider without first raising the matter with desh77 support.

7.2 desh77 employs automated fraud detection systems and carries out periodic manual reviews of account activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, desh77 may take remedial action without prior notice.

8.1 You may request closure of your desh77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Where your account has a positive real-money balance at the time of closure request, desh77 will process a withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided no outstanding KYC requirements remain outstanding.

8.2 desh77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or illegal activity; failure to complete required KYC verification; or at desh77's sole discretion for any other reason.

8.3 Upon account closure by either party, any pending bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to verification.

9.1 desh77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or entirely free of technical faults.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, desh77 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses arising from technical malfunctions, data feed errors, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes desh77's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of desh77. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform should be raised first with our support team at [email protected].

10.2 desh77 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an internal complaint review, you may seek independent advice regarding your options under applicable consumer protection law.

10.3 All communications between desh77 and players in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in English.
